<p>Produced and managed by both PRNewswire and The Business Development  Institute at the Graduate Center of The City University of New York, the  conference is expected to consist of numerous insightful case study  presentations and analysis which is then followed by small roundtable  discussions of groups of 8-12 on various topics.</p>

<p>I will be holding two sessions, one for <a href="http://lavacon.org/sessions/optimizing-and-promoting-web-hosted-videos" target="_blank">Video Optimization</a> and Creating and <a href="http://lavacon.org/sessions/creating-and-sustaining-winning-facebook-business-pages" target="_blank">Sustaining Facebook pages</a>. For the video session, I will go through how to do research for your content, and after producing your video, how to write effective headlines, descriptions, and go over deployment tactics.  For facebook, Im going to get really practical about building a cutting edge &#8220;like page&#8221; and provide examples of what to do, and not to do.  So make sure you vote for my session, and let me know if you there is anything specific you would like to hear about in these sessions.<span id="more-1570"></span></p>
